Another day another year...
Really a long time that never log into my blog and write something..
Mood changed..status changed..job post changed..
Sometime i think i am not really planned for any change but it just come and i will just have to tag along.

I always try to make others happy while i hope i will be happy too when seeing them happy.
Sometime it become so difficult to make others happy and you feel so so sad and bad about it.
But if we look back.. that is what we choosed.

Maybe 1 day i should do something that make myself happier where others will do thing for me.

Sometime i wonder how could a person keep repeating the thing that they do over and over again

But looking at the mirror, i also also that kind of person that keep repeating the thing over and over again.

The same mistake , the same word that used , the same smiley face or sad face.

Age is growing, salary growing , mind set didn't really grow much.

Have i reach the stage that i don't really want to grow any more ?

Or i am just don't know where to go ?

I think we all know that life is about learning. But when we learn there will be failure.

When there is failure there is sadness. But how to move on and solve that failure are actually very much depend on time and ourselves.

The feeling of give up is getting more and more strong. What happen if giving up ? unknown..

What happen if continue to learn that ? unknown.. but answer should be more positive

But how long it will be ? how far i can go ?

I am speechless... moving on = ignore ?

Knowing where to start

Knowing where to start is so difficult if you do not have any background on the thing that you going to do.

For example you are planning to bake a cake.. where you have no background on how a cake should be bake although you have ate the best cake in the world.

or another example ,where you planning to goto somewhere cold. but you do not have any background on how cold is that place. you will not have idea on what type of cloth you will be needed when you are at there.

To address the above 2 example problem, common sense come into the picture and play a very important role. The more common sense you have the most easy when you are trying to start something. Common sense tell us , cake are made by flour , cold weather will dry up our skin very quick that for we need something that can keep ourself warm.

Build more knowledge on our common sense would really help in many thing in many way :)

Know what you do

Knowing what you do is very important..else you will be end up doing nothing and wasting time.

A lot of time , because of do not know what we are doing and the result almost null..

To know what you are doing ,you will need to know what is the objective that you are doing the thing for.

With an objective you will then have a better idea on what you need to do..with that you will then know how to do the thing.

Not sure how others spend their time.
I always having problem with time spend. Mainly because i think i do not plan or know what i want to do..
By right had actually planned to spend time to write down something.. but that never happen..
why ? because i will only do that during office hour..

Then when i am in office..i did not do that also..
why ? because i have others more important thing to do..
so..if i keep on using that as a reason why i keep on postpone my plan..what will affected ?
who will be affected ?
haha...only myself..
and see we can see the problem why never go and solve that..

Was watching a video last time which record by a guy from HK. Which he share about Facebook Stalker..
What facebook stalker are.. someone that keep on adding a friend into their profile. which they do not even know that person at all.
Why they are adding them ? simply because they posting up pretty photo.
In most case facebook stalker are guy !!!
Lol.. i was one when i am on friendster.. but later on when i find out it is only waste of time. and i been stopping doing that when i am on facebook. I only add who i know and who i think they might know me :D

hahaha.. i believe there is more category of stalker available in this world.. part of the reason could be they are too lonely.. and the world is so huge and they wish to know more and more people...

Sometime i really don't know who to blame when someone trying to ask some really stupid question.

Computer are design to help but human are lazy then computer help even more.

End up human brain are being use lesses and lesses.

An alert being prompt to you without reading it you assume you will know what is the alert about ?

No way you will know what is the alert about.

So..please read..

Reading is always a easier thing to do.. you don't need to use your brain at all. But why you are not using yours ?

Please start using your brain before it is still function.

Sometime.. maybe open your eye a little bit bigger will even help more!!

So.. a married guy meet a new girl colleague... then this girl colleague willing to spend time with the married guy. and also give him chance to have private time together.

There is a new colleague that joined our company..which is a guy.. then notice that he been using bt to download movie or song in office. To do my job..i uninstall the bt program then limit him from install any thing to the pc.

So...because himself do wrong..or could say... against the law of the Internet in office... so i just do my job.. but to him i am against him... haha...

Human normally are very emotion. Because that is the basic thing that we have within us.
Then we have education that teach us..with that we have more understand of thing..
then we starting to control our emotion..

I believe most of us have dream to become boss 1 day. which 1 of the reason would be i can then command others to do thing. And also we can command them to do any thing that we like (saya suka)
So sooner or later.. we will start doing thing on emotion only... without much care what is right or wrong.. only if you can really drive you emotion well.

外婆

I think most of us have a very good memory of our grandmother (外婆)
Was watching a TV talk show yesterday which one of the star grow by he's grandmother where he is from a single family.

That remind me of my grandmother , one of the most rememberable memory is when i was kid, we stay in a area which are a rubber estate. Which my mom did feed our own chicken and duck. The chicken & duck are so so fat. So 1 day we killer a duck and get ready it for becoming our lunch.
But the duck is so so fat...so it take very extra long hour to cook. And we use steam way to cook the duck. Me and my grandmother waited long enuff for it to be cook. and we even need to re-steam it over and over again to make sure it is cook. one of the few thing is..people seldom steam duck, but we did. And the duck meat is so so sweet, and fulled with the duck smell.. hahaha

Today, we wake up at 430am.. and reach Ipoh at 7am. Today is my grandmother "house warming day". She had pass away more than 10 years. Everyone gather today for all the chinese ceremony. Hope she live in peace. Love you, grandma.

Melaka Trip

Went to Melaka again for this long weekend holiday. Thought there will be some lion dance on the Jonker Walk. But it is not on the Sunday but is on Monday which where the Chap Goh Mei is.
Overnight there for this time,give our try to The Baba House. A Hotel that use the old Baba House and change it into Hotel. The Building that we stay are new, which all are semen compare the old building i think build by wood.Something different if to stay at 4 Star hotel.
The location is good which very near to the Jonker Walk..with in 5 min walk.

Although only stay there for 1 day and check in at the late afternoon. We still spend sometime on the Formosa to take some nice photo. Notice that everyone start shooting with DSLR compare with digicam. Wonder i should still get a digicam... haha

Wedding Dinner

Yesterday & today was busy attending wedding dinner & lunch with my future wife and her family.
Again ,something special between the young and old generation. The daughter is working in city while the parent are staying in a small town. So huge different in term of way doing things.
But what good is,parent try to match what the daughter want. Because they understand all this is for their daughter not for themselves.
Even they are not good in English,even they are not used to social in front of a group of people but they are doing it for their daughter.

Bangkok Trip 2.0

Another trip to Bangkok. Last visit was 6 month ago. Before went there was worry about the weather change.. coz it happen that ppl dead because of it.

1st day when we touch down at Bangkok, it is about 19 degree.. which cool enough for people to wear extra piece of shirt. Check in at Ibis Hotel near the Suam Lum Night Bazaar. Which i think i did not go enought study on the area that we stay. End up after check in me and my wife oredi looking forward to change hotel,Hotel Asia still what we prefer.

Mainly because we was lost when we try to look for the MRT that near to the Ibis as stated in the Map.

This trip are more fruitful in term of shopping compare with the 1st trip that we went. 1st trip are more on the discovery where this is more on the shopping. Visited most of the major shopping mall, street & restoren.

Overall, Bangkok is still a very good place to visit. Althought in this trip we been approch by 3 stranger to visit some unknow place.

Nokia 5800 from my darling for me as a birthday gift (?)

Always touch screen is what i prefer.. being used windows mobile for sometime. And now is time to learn about anothers system.

Nokia 5800 a touch screen music phone.. not sure it is something i want.. but looking at the feature it come with.. i think it will serve me for 1 or 2 years (i hope so)

Today is the last day of year 2008. Usually each of the year end there new year resolution and pass year review will be done.
But seem like this year a lot of thing have happen.

If you ask me what is the more memorable thing that happen on me.
It got to be my marriage. After 10 years spending time together...happy...blur...sad...argue... and yet we are still together.

What i wishes for year 2009 will be a smooth and problem less on the marriage day..which fall on 24 May 2009.

Miss A say about the trip was suck while in front of her boy friend .. told him it was the great trip she ever have.

If god is someone who are negative..which him/her hear all this... sure he will do something to punish this person
If god is someone who are positive...when he/her hear this... sure he will do something to make him understand what he do there is a return.

Life are like a mirror... what you do to others you will get it back. Just the matter of time.
If you help someone,maybe you didn't get the return in short period. But at least you have done something good. Which in future there is someone at there ready to help you.

Yesterday without planning. Go and line up for this movie - Twilight. Not sure what kind of movie it is at 1st..all because i saw the preview said base on the best selling novel. So... just give it a try.

End up it is a romantic movie between a vampire and a human. I think most of the people that watch this movie had read some about novel before .
eg.. the 2 lady that sit next to me. I believe they are from Penang or something. Non stop comment..repeat...read the subtitle.... i cant enjoy the movie at all. It is like they are the one who star the movie. What a wasted !!..

What a big shame to them which fully educated,young but yet no theater manner.

One heart, One Dream

Don't when my company start to have this tag line. One heart One Dream One XXX.. the xxx acutally is the company name.

One heart.. i think the whole office everyone also do have one heart.. but the heart will never be common. So i will have my own heart on doing something.
There is people who care about what is the new thing being post to the forum on the camera..
There is people who care her own weight...
There is people who care about the broken relationship with the ex-gf...
There is also someone care about her sitting in the office...
There is also someone who care bonus time and increment time...

So that is one heart...

About one dream.. not sure about the boss on what kind of dream she want. But don't think she ever share with us on her dream. Or the worst after we all help her reach her dream will help her us.
But i am sure everyone wish work here do have a dream on their own.
My current dream.. my next trip to Bangkok. Which is now closed..haha..thanks to the protest team in Thailand. Hope everything will be ok as soon as possible.

Sometime not sure it is myself or it is others... i will really look some of the people with colour spec.. special when come to some people that i don't know them well..

I have some friend,which is my ex-classmate during the secondary time. Yes at those that i know she use to close with 1 gang of girl which look likes they are tom boy or lesbian. But for me at that age.. won't really mind or cares.

After some years... with the help of the friendster .. facebook.. we meet again. And again saw a lot of the photo that she share out..which most taken with this same gang of girl.

So a question is rise over and over again...is she one of them now ? or she just perfer to mix with them ?

Avillion Admiral Cove , Port Dickson

Went to Port Dickson on the Depavalli . Why PD ..because of the distand and we thought we want a relax trip. But after we went there..and we found out it is maybe not as relax as we want.
Why...because we been busy swimming, driving and eating..haha

Avillion Admiral Cove is the chosen hotel. 1st i was thinking to pick Tiara Beach for its "big pool".. but at the same time also worry of too many visitor and crowed it. So I choose a newer hotel and a more quite place.

Overall the trip is short and hot.. haha..

Get this new domain name plus web hosting sometime ago around Merdeka.
Part of the promotion that done by a web hosting company. Which i manage to get it for free for a year time.

Since i am getting marry. And also i find a lot of the couple also try to build their own wedding web.. So i also give myself a try..

So taken me more then 2 month to start..coz really have no idea wat to put...and how to put.. So end up try up a program called Joomla.. A CMS for web which really give me more flexible to write and add new content..compare with the traditional way to do it..

Gown Testing

Even there is 2 day holiday during raya,although yesterday was Saturday,although today is Sunday. I still wake up at 8am. But all are because of special occasion.

Went to accompany my wife for the gown testing today together with her friend. Coz somehow need a 3rd person or another girl to give extra opinion as i always give nature comment.

Spended 2 hour to test for i think around more than 10 pics. And now is wait for the next section..which is the photo. We still yet to plan where to take for the outdoor. Maybe Firm ,Kepong. Maybe Putrajaya, or any one have a better idea ?

House Painting

As part of the preparation before getting married. House painting was one of it. In actual, the house painting wasn't really for my marriage perparation but is for my younger sister. Because her wedding date are much early than me. So while was painting for her..then of coz i will take this chance to paint my room also.

There is an agree colour between me and june at 1st when we hanging around the ACE shop at IKANO. But due to i had deleted the file i saved. And i am totally have no idea wat colour to choose...end up i choose the colour i like most...BLUE..

The end result was not bad. Althought it was the colour that my bro's room painted. But now my room look more like the geek feel that last time. And also i had selected one of the mention colour by June as the alternate wall colour - Lavender Purple.

And also painted the mirror frame into white which really match back the wall colour.

Due to everything still in progress. So i do not have chance to take any photo yet. Once i have it ,i should be uploading it.

Watch the movie - Mama Mia.. a musical movie.
Coz my company had just also done a kick off meeting which also we did put in a lot of music or song to make our presentation more lively. Somehow make me, it is abit look like we what have done.

A very relax and yet touching movie, which talk about a mother who rise up her daughter and yet dunno which is the father of her daughter. Some people might find the movie boring, that's why there is people start talking during the movie section. Which really not respect others who paid for the movie. Can't understand what those people think.. if you don't like the movie just walk away. Don't disturb others please.

Finally he is gone. After accompany us for 11 years. Since last week he can't walk and being lay there for the whole week.

Have many good memory with him. Bring him out with car, bring him to see doctor when he's fever, bring him to ipoh when we balik kampung, our new house warming, accompany us when we are in the living room.

Hope he is well,hope he have a better next life.Hope he is also happy to stay with us for this 11 years.

Company Presentation

Finally!! yes it is done,complete,finish,habis,gao dim.... the company presentation ,company kick off.

Not too sure about others company... my company have the employee size around 40 person. And yet we always act like we are a big company with international company standard. So what ever we do we make sure it is follow the standard. sometime that normally only happen at the big company will also happen on us. Eg, the company trip,birthday party, company AGM , kick off and others. So this time is the company kick-off.

Can see for the last 2 week all the hod and their staff all are nearly engage by this company kick off presentation. If Microsoft excel is what they always use, now Microsoft PowerPoint is what they always use. Create slide, put picture,put music, put video & etc etc. Some even make their own video . And also thanks to youtube all the video are now more easy to find and download.

A presentation that take 10min can take u 1 week to do. change and change over and over again. finally it is done. and i am releaf now...

Busy Week

Normally when their is a big project or a internal event,there is when i start becoming busy. So this week there is a kick off meeting for my company. Then staff are presenter while others HOD only present others thing. So..me as a staff also require to prepare my own presentation about my department.

All other department staff also starting their own presentation,video,sound effect, nice picture, music.. all element are added into the presentation as per order by the CEO with 1 word "FUN".

While everyone are busy with their presentation, the CEO didn't really have any slide or thing to prepare for the kick off. In what chinese say...is like the company is not her..

So Saturday is the day..i still yet to finish mine.. more thing to add to make it fun. More video to add to make thing look nice. Planning to resign and become a boss which also will do the same to my staff..haha..i want it FUN !!!

Job Function - Let's IM'ng

Always we will want to know what is the job function in this company so that i know what i should do.
But since IM becoming so so popular, more and more company are open the door of the communication to their staff. So the staff are very very enjoying IM'ng with their friend,supplier, client or even their parent.

So even without stated on the appointment letter or even without agree or disagree. Part of the job function while working, IM is the most important thing. If a company that do not allow you to use IM, I am sure very soon you will feel this company no hope, outdated,paria & etc etc...

So let's IM'ng, your boss like it or not, as long as you like it.
It is not important if you are IM with your client, your mom , your darling as long as you like it.
But hey,have you finish your work ? Are you done yet ?
If you are not... please complete your work... coz your boss did not pay for you IM. He/She pay you to work for them.

If compare , i am sure now i am more mature in a way the thinking and doing things. Compare with someone still in the age of 25 and below. Maybe what we all been thur are different. World Heritage,Penang

Again another heritage that available in Malaysia, Penang.
Went there on the Merdeka Day. Due to last minute confirmation. Didn't manage to get the prefer hotel at the end we stayed at Cititel. A hotel there located at Jln Penang, which near to a very happening area. All puds and disco around.

A bad experince with this hotel was the limited car park. I mean really limited. Maybe just around 50 space while the hotel is 12 floor high x easyly 30 rooms per floor. But what good about this hotel is, you get to enjoy the mamak stall that near by it.Which offer you many type of soup. Soup Kambing to Soup Lembu to even Soup Lembu Terpedo.. which i saw many mans...specially those older in the age of 50 drinking it.

Near to the hotel there is also 1 bazaar which also near to a pasar. At the bazzar you can find many type of jeruk fruit. Which very suitable for those who really like it to take a visit and do some shopping. It is only about 10min walk from the hotel.

Due to public holiday and a long weekend. So Penang is crowded with cars,people,motor & others. So not really a good choice for visiting Penang at the public holiday.

Me myself i think always because i did something that none of my own business and affected others people.

eg. when you making a coffee and i commented you did not put sugar on to your coffee. By right it is none of my business..but since i commented..it affect the person. It somehow also affected me myself.

eg. when someone drive very slow on the road..while there is actually a 3 lane and he is driving at the 3rd lane..so it is none of my business if he drive fast or slow..as long as he didn't block my way.

So it is none of your business if i gel my hair all high up.
None of your business if i drink coffee or milo
None of your business what i do in toilet.

Office Politic

Politic had become the popular thing since human are in the earth.
No matter where you at, i am sure there is politic.
Even at home there is also politic between brother & sister.
So it is totally not surprise that in a office there is a politic.

Sometime feel that a politic start from a truth that you telling a person.
e.g if i did something wrong then Mr A tell everyone that i did wrong. Then everyone start pointing at me and said i did wrong..then sooner or later Mr A did something wrong..and again i go tell everyone. It somehow become a politic between me and the Mr A.

So soon enuff Mr A will start don't like me and same thing that i do not like him. And added-on oil and sos by others colleague. We both somehow become enemy.

In chinese word "Sit down we talk about people, Stand up we let people talk"
Which mean..when we sitting down, we will then start talk bad thing about a person.
But when you stand up, those that sitting down will start talk bad thing about you.

Been downloading the Ubuntu many times. Like their live-cd a lot. Which do really help me on rescue files when pc notebook corrupt.

If you wonder, what ubuntu is,it is a linux distro which you can install on not only your pc but also your apple mac machines if you have one. And the good thing about it is..it is free.. totally free of charge so you don't need to worry about lesen.

What i do is... follow some guide from the internet. I manage to change the look and feel from a ubuntu default skin to Mac OS X. Yeah..which will really make some different. Althought the system didn't change much.

The Story of Ah Seng - Part 2

Ah Sheng is a lonely men..
But yet he had many yen..

Something we created in a game of a company..for those who accidentally bum into this blog..and accidentally that you are my colleague hope you know who i am talking about. hahaha

Been work in this company around 6-7 years.. something that never change in this company are .. This Ah Sheng from non employee to a full time employee of this company.
From seeing him once a week to seeing him daily.

Ah Sheng somehow are certify from a Uni in UK or USA..there for he have a better english knowledge compare with anyone of our company. But wierd enought, he is really a outdate person. Being a GM with a high pay salary but yet been using a classic nokia phone for more than 5 years i think... Nokia 8210 i mean. While everyone move up from black and white screen to colour screen, from polyphonic ringtone to mp3 ringtone and he still using he's old fashion phone. Or maybe i should say.. you really long love to he's beloved phone.

Of coz he changed a new 1 but also due to there is conference that he going to attend where all representative from all over others country will be attending. If he did not change it... then sure he will lost he's face..

Chinese always say, respect the outter before you respect the person.
Of coz in english will don't jugde someone by the cover.

Today is the Ghost day according to the lunar calendar.
So almost all the place that is Chinese live, you will then see them burning the thing for the "Good Friend"

Today is the day that the "Good Friend" come out and this is the time that the Chinese will feed them with "money","food" and others staff as a donation as a Gift or Give (供).

No sure it this culture started. But I always think that at last time, the Chinese always are the person that know how to created opportunity for themselves. When someone pass away they will then tell you to make the dead one feel better ... you will need to help them..how ? by burning the "money",the "maid" ,the "house" so that there have money to spend,house to stay and maid to help.

Ah Bi - My Pet

I have 2 dog at home. One of them call Ah Bi. Feeded him since i was form 4. And it have more than 10 years. To a dog it is consider a old age.

Still remember last time when my sis bring it back from perak,my aunty house. I was abit unaccepted a "stranger" to my house. But soon notice with he's cute face, cute reaction and he become part of the family. No matter where we go, i will bring him along.

Travel from KL to Ipoh for CNY, go fetch my sis for her after work, go for dinner at a open space even my house warming he is there sniffing around. All this year he really bring a lot of joy to us.

Still remember when he 1st sick, he do not have energy at all. And I am the one that bring him to klinik. And register he's name under "Ah Bee". Also he have he's 1st injection there. He was in fever that time. The doctor give him a dos and some vitamin to keep him strong.

All this while he was living in the house , he can choose sleep on the sofa,my mom's room or my sis's room. Sometime when i wake up in the morning , he had taken the sofa and leave me no choice but have to goto others sofa and lay myself :D

Then about 1 year ago,my mom then change her mind. And chase them out from steping into the house for the higene reason. Since that day Ah Bi become a out door doggie. Which he always dirty, do not have a air con room to sleep, no more sofa , no more sharing food with us.

And i just found that this few day, he's eye was full of dirty. Even i keep clean up for him and since it was useless. And i notice he was not really able to see clear. Once he stick at a place he dare not move. He do not know who is talk to him, he do not know where is the drinking water, he do not know where is the food. Really hope that he will get well soon.

I know 1 day he will leave us. But i still hope that day will not fall so fast.

Err...who is Ah Seng... he is actually a colleague of mine..
But he is not the ordinary colleague...
He is actually a GM
GM = General Manager.. Yes i am not kidding Ah Seng is my GM.

Hmm... a 40++ guy, a single one stay with parent and brothers together with the brother family.
The younger son in the family i think.. Although no longer young..hahaha
Very old school type, he won't use the Microsoft Office word build-in spell checking. But himself is a live spell checking machine.. he will always make sure you "full stop","Comma" spacing and others are correct.

When you try to explain to you on one thing ,he will always use the very pasar way to explain to you. Like normally we try to tell some one i am using a no brand laptop while you are using a IBM laptop.
He will said it as , "i am using a proton brand laptop while you are using a BMW laptop."
Or you pc is the newer processor with dual core and i mam using a Pentium III.
He will said it as, " You are driving Ferrari and i am driving Kancil"

If everyone are as easy as the boss said... i am sure that will be only happen to a very small case.
If all the business unit think as the boss, i am sure when the problem come all start banging the wall and sing "we bang ,let's bang" hahaha

If the boss find out later, the next question will be asked "Why you never put it down ? you forget ? how come you forget ?"

Why i never put it down because... it is very easy ... you rush me out something, i rush it for you without thinking,planning so therefor for sure there will be thing that missed out. And that is what i call

Teluk Gong ,Klang - Sea Food

After so many year never step into the sea food land - Klang. Here i am again at the Teluk Gong - Klang together with my wife ex-colleague..someone who she use to hang up with during last time at work.

Also been long time didn't use the Kesas highway.. Each toll are RM2.20...imagine i will need to pass by 3 toll and 2 way return total up RM6.60..wow..haven't add in the petrol...

Anyway..it is my choice that go there and eat..so i have to bare all the cost. haha
Went to the restore "Coconut Flower" so-call famous at that area. Won't full loaded with seafood eater. Maybe the economic really bad or maybe the toll do effect :D . Order 2 type of crab as the favorite of my wife...and also others seafood such as fried squid, oyster egg ,mihun , tauhu & mix seafood.

Totol bill is RM158++ a reasonable price here.

Some people even have multiple account. Yes i mean multiple like...6 account in friendster because of their account was full loaded with a branch of friend or guy that they even don't know them. Or they are actually in a way creating world record.. haha

I think after so many so many Olympics been held.. after so many open ceremony been done. For the 1st time, this Beijing Olympics show the world.. China as a Chinese community can really do something that the world will mouth opening.. will really give respect to them.

The opening are really like a movie.. a movie that is been pre-recorded. Is like no mistake been done. Each of the show been practice more than 6 month some even 16 month i hear.

For the ever 1st time, Olympics held in Chinese Place. Four years we waited since the Olympic committee confirm that Beijing are the selected one, the chosen one.

All my colleague had already voice out. No matter what happen, they do not what any OT, must leave office on time, must watch for the opening ..etc..etc

Hope China will make sure everything run smooth. Hope every Chinese people out there support for this big event.

Maybe Saturday is a good day to buy 4D..8888. hahaha

Age Group Problem

I always know age is a gap between one to others.

In my company the average age group is 35. Which mean we really getting more and more old in our office culture. The new thing that can be accept are also getting harder and harder.

2 years ago, when company introduce a new meeting system which call morning huddle.
At that time, i will really welcome with all the new thing. I agree to have such thing. I agree to add even more thing in. But 1 thing about my company, we like to do things our way. Which by right morning huddle should take around 10 sec each person to update the job status and if any problem they might have. Then since it become our version, it become like a long story telling meeting. Why you have problem, what is your problem, who cause the problem. So a 5min morning huddle become a 30min morning meeting.
After 2 years, i start hate the morning huddle as i somehow refuse to change. hahaha... age problem.

Then sooner or later, many thing will become digital. To get ready with it, we start to look or to build business on web. There for we need to have a web. With our internal designer, which is more in the young group, they or we (i am in the young group too..hahaha) will prefer something more life style,something more colorful. While the mid age group will prefer something life style but with value information, something more easy to read and the older age group will perfer something there is a guide, something corporate, something will tell them what to do if they are stuck.
So, we really into problem with desire which design to take.

I am sure you remember this script-"I hear dead people"

But no.. i still can't hear or see dead people... but saw from people without soul in my office here..
a lot of complain..
a lot of blaming...

In office there is a system..which can hear dead people..i mean hear staff ... don't ask me how... or don't ask me what it is...

From there you can actually found that the most hit topic is resign.
2nd will be about work.. eg..have you do this..can you send me this.. please finsih it before..

And also you will be suprise that most of people in a office not all are active in IM..which is good for the company. Coz they are spending their time on the work not the MSN or what so ever.

Sometime boss are just too sensetive. I remember i hear a story about a boss try to cut down the time the employee spend on smoking. And he spend 30 over thouson to install a CCTV to monitor staff activity...

What a waste !!! i hear dead people..which is the boss hahaha

Jimmy & Nong - Thai food

Went to Jimmy & Nong on the 3rd time for it's thai food..

The 1st time was a discovery
then follow by 2nd time a exploring
and the 3rd time for food enjoyment..

Maybe the first 2 time the taste or the mood are different..so when you are tasting the food it will taste far good when come compare with others thai food that i had tried.

When come to the 3rd time.. when you really know what they are good at... and you just order what you need... then you will notice the taste are maybe not as good as recommend by others. Or maybe i just have bad luck which they had just changed they cook...

Overall the food is nice but if to compare with the 1st 2 time that i had try... i will be giving 3 star.

Watch a HK talk show last week..which 1 of the topic was talking about blog..
he say "Now we won't really talk to each others..we won't tell people what we are thinking.. we won't share our secret to others"

Somehow he is right.. i remember last time.. when i have something that is not happy... then would 1st find someone to talk to... then later when applied Internet .. I'm starting to share it at IRC..just simply look for someone and tell the problem... then now.. will write down what i feel about a thing.. what possible a problem i faced..

Then people also intent to share their photo... from self portrait to snap what they ate... to even snap their leg...snap their scar .. snap how they get hurt ....

The world is changing.. last time.. when someone open your diary.. you will really get mad... now if there is no one reading your blog.. you will wonder if there is something wrong with yourself or you have nothing to attract people attention...

A Special Wedding Dinner

Been to many type of wedding dinner,Chinese,Malay,Indian,Christine...and this time.. a disable group Wedding Dinner...

A colleague of mine,which he is a deaf ... so it was he's big day yesterday 26/07/2008. In the wedding dinner... you will seldom hear a lot of noisy sound.. there is no karaoke section... there is no "Tai Kam Jei" but you will see..a lot of the person busy with they hand and finger... yes..they are using hand sign to communicate... almost 70% of whom attend to the wedding dinner are deaf... but you won't see sad face... most of them look very happy on the face...

A very special wedding dinner... you will see people become MC..but using hand sign... with someone who can speak helping them to translate it into cantonese... there is also using the sign langague to sing them a song... there is a father who bless for the god for the food before the dinner start... there is kid who can speak but with a parent that is deaf...

After attended the dinner..make me feel there ..yes in this world there is someone that maybe not as lucky as use..who can talk..can hear..can sing... but they still living happy ever after. But us who as a normal human being yet to understand the meaning of living... shame on us ..

I remember last time, i had a neighbour which she is actually a tomboy. That time she is still at her secondary school.. so no choice but she have to wear skirt.
Because used to see her wearing pant and she really look like a man than a lady. So when saw her wearing a skirt somehow look very weird to me.
Not sure also if at that time a tomboy or a lesbian is something that is not accept by the world..so at that time not really will stand close to her..not even have a word with her before.. And that time i was only 5-9 years old.

Then now.. world change.. we change.. at Thailand you might come across with a pretty girl..but hey.. step back until you check her identity out... because it is a possible she is actually a transplant female... Thanks to the updated technology...

Not sure since when..on my way back home there is a low budget hotel.. not motel but hotel..
so there have all the room facing the main road.. sometime there is room open up the curtain and light on.. you will sometime saw a guy standing there.. or a maid cleaning up the room.. or sometime couple enjoying their explore sex in front of the window...

So not sure when ,each time when i passby this hotel i will look at those window which open up the curtain and light on.. waiting and hopeful someone is doing a free show for me... and i always hope the traffic light go slower. So that i have enuff time to search.. hahaha

Recently in my office there is 1 colleague doing a podcast .. which he try to make he's own show after learned from some of the HK made podcast...

I think he started off 1 or 2 month ago..i wasn't really into it .. mainly because i had listen to he's voice at the working hour..so was also trying to avoid for hear any voice or sound from office again during my non-working hour..

But there is 1 topic that he recently made..which is about a guy call Mr Hou (豪哥).. was sharing he's experince on One leg step two ship (一脚踏两船).. then somehow he become our main topic in office..

Of coz girl sure won't like this Mr Hou.. or i will say no one will like a guy or a bf or even a husband that having a relationship with another girl while have you... so basicly what this guy done is..he already have a gf..then he's gf was outstation for working or something... so he was too free..then he try to spend he's lonely time with he's gf's best friend... which is a girl also... then.. fire up.. so this best frend become sex friend... haha...no... become he's 2nd girl friend...

Story end with..this 2 girl finally sit down and meet each others and sharing their bf story..and find out is the same guy... Unbelivable ?... belive it ..

Sometime..when my manager come and ask me or to told me what should i do for future in order to keep my function in the office more valuable in order for her to help me to get more pay.. i also wonder what is my main job scope and what is my sub job scope..

Imagine.. by right i am a MIS Executive.. which by right all computer related thing would have related to me..
Printer problem, computer problem... then said..if they plan to move the printer to somewhere..so move printer will related to me... to move the printer and put it somewhere..we need to move the table also mar...so move table also related to me 1 wor...

Ok..come to move computer... this year Mr A need to sit facing north..so everything move facing to north...so pls move the computer....then also move the table...then move the telephone..wah... domino effect..move 1 thing related to so so many thing at 1 time...

When u move a computer u need to disconnect everything..the plug..the network cable..keyboard... so at the new place..help them to put it back.. u thought put at the left hand side is nicer..after u do everything..they tell u their prefer on the right. So i am like a stupid person ... what had done need to redo..

Last time this company used to have more girl than guy... although almost the same but still all the technical thing still goto me.. not sure if is the reputation too good or what.. once there is something wrong with the pc,printer,light,air con, electrick,telephone...pls contact mr chan....

Bangkok,Thailand 03062008 - 06062008 - Day 2

2nd day always the busy day.. plan to goto grand palace..plan to goto china town..plan to goto khoa san road... plan to have Italy fine dinning...and it is my wife birthday.

Wait up at 830am as our room was include breakfast and it is only until 930am..so without waste it have to wake up early to enjoy the breakfast..not much choose..but still be able to keep me full with energy for the walk after the breakfast.

Right after the breakfast... went to the BTS... and for this time we will stop as the last stop..so we and sit down and enjoy the BTS..rather than just stand for 1 station and get down.. after the BTS.. time for boat..at the Chao Praya.. buy a ticket for 1 day trip..which mean i can freely take any of the boat within that day until 730pm.. which cost 120baht..

There is 2 type of boat..1 is tourist boat another 1 is a normal boat.. of coz i will take the tourist boat..it cum with a person that will explain to us on each "pier" and the building that we pass by... eg the most expensive condo..the most expensive hotel and of coz the most grand..grand palace..

our 1st stop...pier 8..which is the grand palace... which the Thai King used to stay... the boat stop at a open space car park..walked was a street with full stall at the road side..

From the research we do...there is some duk duk driver will "cari makan" at that place..they will tell you the grand palace close for ceremony... then suggest u to follow them go others place visit... so when i m there i make sure me and my wife know about this..so that we din fall into their trap... I was lucky..really meet up ppl like this there..but din kena their trap..

Grand Palace..is really a place that almost all their Wat is in Gold colour...
After that we when to Wat Arun... then to Khao San Road.. a famous place for backpacker..
Loaded with foreigner .. we had our 2 hour massage there for 330 baht.. compare with hattyai only 240 baht.. and we had booked our tour to floating markeit for 300 baht per person.. damn cheap compare the 1 i get from hotel.. 1560 baht per person.

2nd day haven't end ... which 1st we booked a table for 2 at a restoren call C'est Bon.. but due to we cant locate it... Our dinner...my wife birthday dinner..become McD...hahaha.. That time the mood was a bit bad..coz really lost...can't find the place..can't make call out...and the time we booked the table was passed...

After all..it is only 2nd day..there is 2 more day to go...

City of Angel

Booked the Air ticket from Air Asia Zero Fare Promotion last year... which was waited like half a year then finally it arrived.

Due to it was a early morning flight .. so we are have to wake up early morning.....430am... 5am the taxi we booked arrived at our door step and send us to KL Sentral ... then follow by LCCT Bus to the LCCT... thing was smooth until...... the bus we took is actually on smoke when we arrived at LCCT... not sure what happen.. but i think it is a serious matter... so guys..please do not take others bus than Sky Bus..at least they are the official bus for Air Asia.

Was never so early at LCCT... was there around 615am..but it was crowed..everyone is traveling.. Domestic..International..

This time the time planning was better ,waited less time compare our last trip to Langkawi.. no delay in flight :) Thank you Air Asia.

Learned from the forum..no need to take taxi at Bangkok Airport arrival hall.. can go up to the Departual hall and look for the taxi that send passenger to the airport.. but 1 thing you need to make sure..ask if they are running on meter.. it took me around 200 baht to arrive to the hotel .. and another 65 baht for the toll way..which have less traffic light stop.. so total is just 265 baht compare with the Arrival hall taxi will cost you around 360 baht..

Check-in to the hotel around 10am...surprised..the room are ready.. Asia Hotel.. a hotel that near to the BTS station..which is also connected to the Hotel..so you don't need to walk out from the hotel to goto the station.. But i think the age for the hotel is a bit old... more than 30++ year... if to compare where i stay at Hattyai there will be a big different.. location wise..the hotel is good...presentation wise..so so... but surprised.. the hotel are always fulled with traveler..

After check-in..1st mission is to look for food... so we went to the BTS Station and plan to stop at somewhere near MBK .. so Siam Station is our stop..take 15baht for each person.. The station is near to Siam Paragon.. which i thought MBK was just next to it but it is not..so we have our 1st meal at Bangkok at Siam Paragon Food Court.

They use coupon card as the payment ,which we pay for 300baht to be credit to our card and start our purchase... 1st choice...pork...2nd 1 i choose a beef noddle.. after the meal we went to walk around the shopping mall and back to hotel after that..coz we plan to goto Suan Lum night bazaar at night.

We went back to hotel for a rest and we went to swimming.. we notice there is actually more middle east people staying in this hotel compare with the Asian..

After an hour swim , take bath and yes..time for Suan Lum Bazaar... BTS continue by MRT... although most of the time was under the roof.. but still the hot weather..it really kill me.. Arrived at Suan Lum..look for their food court..the so called Beer Garden... order a tom yam soup with rice, pork rice, oyster egg and mango salad , beer and a orange juice...

After the dinner is shopping time.. din buy any thing..not at all..coz i think the weather..2nd we plan to save the money to spend on the last day... so just window shopping.. due to walked a lot.. so we try out the foot massage there..100baht for 15min.. not bad... or i will say better than nothing.. :) feel relex after the massage...

Went back to hotel after that..thought there will be a small night market around us..but there is not...so don't care..time to rest.....

This was my 2nd time travel to Bangkok...
1st time go there for free & easy style...
1st time spend more time compare with others trip on doing research
1st time wake up so early for a flight
1st time having a Italy fine dinning
and also the most important...

Overall the trip there is

Pain (walk,climb the BTS , foot massage, thai massage...)

Sweat (hot weather, high CO from all the cars there...)

Scare (boot to floating market , worry of taking a wrong train , worry of taking a taxi that don't will bring us where,smoked Bus)

Sweet (travel with my official wife...hahaha...the ais cream, goose , Thai Ais Teh ..)

Sick (wife was sick after the thai massage...not sure if it is related.. but lucky thing is she was recover after taking the panadol)

Fun ( we took bus,taxi,flight,BTS,MRT,Boat,Trasfer boat,Long Tail Boat,Van....) only thing we missed the tuk tuk and the motor :D

Tired ( walk and walk and walk..this is the different between free & easy and join a tour)

Team-Get-Together

Went to a team building last 2 week which organize by the company.

It is also include the Company Annual Dinner.. And i am the so-call Committee member head..which they call it..Chairman..

The activity is fun..which include some simple game...but from the winning and losing feel on the game really mean a lot to everyone.. Specially my group which we are always the losing one.

What really make us lose was the communication skill we all had in the team.. after the game we all understand communication really a important thing.. 2ndly leadership... in others group which boss group are..always the winning team..part of the reason.. few of the team member also a management member. So one of the key point of winning is the leadership.

The annual dinner part... The Theme that we have for this year is Jungle + we had also include a face painting...

Busy Work

What i told my gf was.. after so many years working for this company..this is the most busy moment that i ever had... which until that i have to work at home..which i did not get pay during that hour... not only the night time i am working..even on holiday...my mom birthday... i am still working..

At last..the thing had presented to the client. Client sound happy or ok with what we had purposed.. so the next step is to get more people agree on what we have purposed and i should be starting to be more and more busy compare with the current.

Busy sometime did not mean that you are hard working.. just might because you do not have a solution to solve the problem. There for you are spending more time on it.

That's why something i think... it is not a super computer that i am using..it is a better understanding on how to get the thing work..that is what make the different in term of i doing it.. compare with others people doing it in my office...

haha..no lar.. i am not talking about the rice that we eat and i asked it..

It is a Chinese thing that someone which act as a middle person whom be able to communication with another world.. they be able to "call" them and borrow the body to them to allow them to communicate with us.

One of the tools they use are rice.. they will throw the rice around the place during the "connection" or "dail up" or ... "ftp" ? :D

Before they do any thing.. they will have to make sure all the information are correct..eg.. the age, location , name and others..

After "connected" they will start talking to you... which if the middle person is real 1.. all the action , the way they speak should be same as the person that you trying to "connect" with. eg.. if the person you want to connect with always say...wah lau yeah.. when "connected".. he should have the same habit also..

"Connection" fee are around RM20 and above. I think depend on the middle person.. if they are famous sure will be more expensive.

To bad.. the 1st middle person that we went.. was someone that very young.. and myself dun really believe in all this.. so can see very clear.. is a fake..

1st.. she keep changing her word.. now say got 5 grondson..later say got 7..

2nd.. she is too young.. for all this.. or maybe all started from young.

Overall will take like 10-20min.. coz i think coz the middle person is faking it.. so she wont be able to answer all the question that we ask..so try to finish it 1st.

Then due to the bad experence.. we look for the 2nd one.. which so call.. a more better..

This "connection" is better which be able to have all the habit. like the way she talk. But of coz it related back to the experence.. this middle person are much more older. Like a 70s person. So i think with her experence.. sure she be able to know what you all want to hear and feel...

So all aunty was very happy with the result..

Kind of fun.. coz some how this is a chinese culture.. you will be able to see there is a lot of family which trying to reach their pass away member which we wont not be able to touch and feel any more. But by using this way.. we will be able to know how are they..are they safe..happy..

Suddenly the manager ask me to try to track down all the thing i had help company save money on.

As a measurement when come to bonus time. To proof to people , we are not only helping the company spend money but we also save money.

A company when their start growing big. They will start setting up rules.

Setting up policy then ensure all the staff are under their good control.

Also when a company growing big. All expenses will need to control. While all expenses been control sure there is more and more limitation.

Eg. coffee mate only should use 1 pack per week.

A story. A IT company, which started by 2 young boss ,one of them have money & another one have experince.

So it is a good start,company grow. All staff they employ are young. All are active & smilling face.More and more branch they are opening. More and more staff they employ. Somehow the total earn is less, because due to more and more store renting they will need to pay.. More and more staff their need to pay.

So in order to keep their pocket for money losing free. They started to cut off all the incentive or else increase all the target. Which in a way..help them to increase the company total sales. Which in another way.. making the sales staff more and more suffer from hitting the target.

So since today is no longer the fun day as yesterday.

Staff start leaving , voice start coming.

Hatyai - Thailand

2008 14 February... went to Hatyai on this year valentine day.. a place that i never been too..
Was a very last minute trip,althought the leave oredi taken like half a month ago..

Go by bus from Puduraya ,Kuala Lumpur. It take around 9 hours to arrive..yeah..a very long way to go.. but it was still ok as the bus we sit is actually a VIP class..wish you have a bigger space compare with airplane :D or i mean AirAsia plane..

Haha...very thank you for all the frend which feed me enuff information..else i think i will be lost at Hatyai...

Bus start from KL at 945am.. arrived at Hatyai 730pm..
1st thing we do after arrived.. check in to our hotel..make sure we will have a place for overnight..

It only take me 1minte to check-in to the hotel.. because all information had been fill-in during the booking time.

After check-in the next thing to do is to buy bus ticket back to Malaysia... Kuala Lumpur i mean...
Walk around the street... hunt for agent.. ya..tour agent..we would only be able to buy it from them..
After being pointed by 1 of the guy from a small kiosk of he's tour counter.. we walked 1 big... round around the area... still can't locate the shop that he means...

At least we found another agent which did sell bus ticket back to Malaysia (Thank God). Else i will not allow to eat any thing..hahaha.

Overall it is a fun experince there. Meet different people.. different language... different living style..

If you ask me what Thailand have most.. i will say they have a lot of wired hanging around.. haha.. properly more than the Ah Gua there.. :)

Lion Dance..something that can't really miss during CNY...of coz the more important will be the ang pou from all the senior relative who married :)

Lion Dance at 1U ,Damansara.. almost each year would have chance to watch 1 or 2 show here.. something different this year...few of the Lion actually at there waiting for people to feed them ang pou..hahaha..and of coz..in return the Lion will wish them Fatt Chai too...

Went to have steamboat yesterday with few of my gf ex-colleague. So while we all enjoying our meal.. there is a guy..carrying 1 durian come in approach us for buying from him..

So what we normally do is..of coz say tq tq..dun want dun want...
If we really want...sure we will buy on the stall that we prefer lar...

So after we say tq tq... the guy look unhappy.. then try to give us see he's shit face.. and ask us...
"Why now chinese ppl dun want to eat durian already... i want to know... "
Then 1 of the friend answer... "we ate full... so we don't want.."
He said.." You today ate rice.. tomorrow also need to eat rice,right ?"
With very unfriendly sound.... so since no one care about him..so he walk away...

Then again at next table.. which is 3 ladys... i think is 2 daughter having steamboat with mom....
So again..he approach... with he's shit face...

Wake up very early this morning... although it is a Saturday..coz by right it is a special day for me.. a day that i goto KLCC to collect my Pentax which i was hunted for sometime...

So..after get everything ready...get all the money ready...
Park the car... go up and wait.. while wait call the seller to confirm he's location...

So end up telling me..he is not coming but the owner will come..
Okie.. is ok..willing to meet with the owner
The after sometime.. called me..inform me the owner still in meeting..totally forgot about the appointment with me...

The Pentax K100D, along with its sibling the K110D, are the company's first DSLR models to forgo the rather confusing "*istD" branding. The Pentax K100D stores images on optional Secure Digital or MultiMediaCards, in either Raw (uncompressed) or JPEG (compressed) formats.
